We are looking to bring on a full-time Client Operations Manager to join our operations Team in Los Angeles. Our new Client Operations Manager will help the most promising venture-backed, healthcare technology start-up in Southern California grow to the next level.

As Operations Manager, you’ll manage the implementation, ongoing engagement, and navigation strategies for the clients in your respective portfolio. We need a consummate team player who will collaborate with account managers, project managers, content writers, care coordinators, and product teams. The Client Operations Manager will report to the Director of Client Relations.

What You'll Do

  • Be the face of ConsejoSano to your client portfolio. You will be their first point of contact for any requests, concerns, or feedback.
  • Build strong relationships with and learn to anticipate our clients’ needs before they do.
  • Manage client expectations in line with the capabilities of our current product and speed of future features
  • Oversee the entire campaign process for your clients from a high level view to ensure success on all fronts including but not limited to:
    • Collaborating with clients to get the patient data necessary & external vendors to scrub/amend patient contact info
    • Coordinating with the content team leader to ensure campaign content is created and delivered to clients for approval on time
    • Liaising with the Care Coordinators Manager to make sure the engagement team is up to speed on new campaigns for your clients
    • Co-create with the Operations Analyst to provide timely and detailed campaign data and results to your clients after campaigns end
    • Work closely with operations leadership to keep all stakeholders aware of any potential issues that may come up with your clients as well as any victories and successes that you/your clients experience (we love to celebrate)
  • Synthesize client and user feedback and participate in internal strategy and product meetings to help us continuously improve and grow our solutions across verticals.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team and be viewed as a leader who knows their clients and can explain their clients’ perspective

  • The Skills You Need to Be Successful:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degrees are a plus
    • 4-6 years of client facing experience in the healthcare world

We periodically expand our Care Coordinator team and if you're bilingual in English and one of the above languages, you might be a great fit! Care Coordinators work part time (generally 10-20 hours per week depending on language/project need). Ideal candidates have experience in the healthcare setting and the knowledge needed to complete HIPAA-compliant call campaigns. The Care Coordinator actively assist with texting and call campaigns. ConsejoSano patient outreach improves patient experience for people in communities in southern California and across the United States. We are looking for individuals who can contribute to our success as a company through team collaboration, overall healthcare and customer service expertise, and the type of “can-do” attitude that ensures smooth day-to-day team operations.

We need team players with excellent phone manners, some healthcare background, and a passion for patient satisfaction. Our ideal candidate has native fluency in both English AND a second language. Care Coordinators will need to make patient outreach calls from our office in North Hollywood.

What You’ll Do

  • Call and text patients to guide them to needed health care (or to provide condition-specific education)
  • Work closely with the Engagement Team Leader to complete all campaigns each week
  • Provide cultural savvy insights to help ConsejoSano improve patient engagement with patients of Spanish descent

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the content writing process (and sometimes write content) for all of our client engagement campaigns, ensuring that all content writers have submitted their content and completed revisions on deadline
  • Build strong relationships with the Directors of Client Relations and collaborate with them to provide exceptional service to their clients
    • Be available to talk to clients by phone or in person about campaigns and campaign strategies when called upon
  • Coordinate assigning, reviewing, and finalizing content based on client need and recruit writers for new cultures as needed
  • Be strategic. Perform A/B testing. Look at campaign results. Experiment. Be ready to go full mad-scientist to get the best results possible for our clients. Think outside the box. Throw away the box. Re-envision solutions that aren’t currently working into something new that does
  • Team up with the Directors of Client Relations to dive in and get up to speed about what makes the patients of new (and existing) clients unique. We call this “community detailing” and it plays a big role in how we approach campaigns and outreach

The Skills You Need to Be Successful

  • 3-5 years of experience as a content or brand writer
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field necessary, master’s degrees are a plus (or use your writing skills to convince us that your non-related field bachelors degree is exactly what we need)
  • A demonstrated record of producing great written content at a fast pace
  • The ability to coach and inspire others (our content writers have the deep cultural understanding but aren’t professional writers) to produce content you and your team are proud of
  • Be able to look at campaign result data (you don’t have to generate it on your own) and turn what we learn into a plan that achieves even greater success in the next campaign
