Abner Mason at SaludConTech’s First Annual Symposium
SaludConTech, a coalition of providers and non-providers working together to utilize technology and innovation to improve health outcomes for Latinx and minority patients, held its first annual symposium on Friday, October 5th at Google Headquarters. The symposium, “Health Innovation in the Latinx Population,” invited thought leaders from both clinical and non-clinical backgrounds to spur new ideas and connections to help improve care for underserved populations. As a company committed to meeting multicultural patients where they are and reaching them in a way that makes sense to them, our CEO Abner Mason was delighted to participate in the day long symposium.
As a member of the Health Innovation Leadership Panel hosted by Harlyn Pancheco of Revesus, Abner shared the stage with fellow panel members Kim Walpole of Trials.ai, Mario Anglada of Hoy Health, Pat Contreras of the Hispanic Heritage Foundation, Cynthia Gomez of Silversheet, and Alejandra Casillas of the David Geffen School Of Medicine at UCLA. The panel focused on how companies are innovating in healthcare today and the potential for technology to transform healthcare tomorrow.
ConsejoSano is committed to multicultural patient engagement, including meeting the unique needs of the Latinx population. We believe that data and a deep understanding of culture can tremendously help our clients and their patients and members. By meeting people where they’re at, we are increasing patient engagement, improving health outcomes, lowering costs, and increasing revenue.
